About El Bombazo

At El Bombazo, the fact that you can see us, talk to us, and know where your money goes matters. We're on East Tropicana Avenue in Las Vegas, and every dish that comes out of our kitchen carries the authentic Cuban flavor that our community has been craving. Our ropa vieja, lechón asado, bistec encebollado, and Cuban sandwiches are all made fresh with the kind of seasoning that reminds people of home... and our voladoras, our Cuban-style pizzas, have customers telling us that one bite takes them straight back to the island. Our croquetas have a reputation of their own, our Table de Carnes is built for sharing, and our live music nights turn dinner into a real experience. As Jorge Luis R. shared, "We've needed a café like this with such great Cuban flavor for a long time. Everything is well-priced. It reminds us of home." We serve generous portions because Cuban hospitality means nobody leaves hungry, and we put the same care into a pan con lechón as we do into our enchilado de langosta.
